Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer

Job description

We’re looking to hire an experienced Graphic Designer / Senior Designer to help in developing conceptual ideations and delivering stunning visual concepts capable of making our clients stand out from the crowd.
You will have a diverse range of products to work on, and on any given day you might be designing presentations, brochures, annual reports, social media graphics, videos, infographic data visualizations, and more.
We aim to wow our clients with everything we deliver, and as a Senior Designer at GTG, you will become a huge part of that process. We’re always trying to improve, and we’re looking to hire someone with the confidence and drive to bring their own ideas to the table—at GTG you’ll be given the platform to put them into action.

Job requirements

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Work directly with team leaders and project teams to understand their requirements and help shape their vision
Create publication layouts, branding, brochures, data infographics, illustrations, videos, and more
Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
Create cohesive designs that convey the desired message
Design in Adobe’s Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more
Convert designs for use in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Power Point and Word
Review final productions for errors before publishing
Train new employees on responsibilities and company procedures

Required skills and qualifications

Strong graphic design principles and skills and motion graphics (animation) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Highly personable, resilient, and confident
An understanding of the latest design trends, and how to apply them
Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
